Manufacturing

Waterloo Industries, Inc. has three manufacturing facilities with over a million square feet of
manufacturing space. Each manufacturing facility houses its own dedicated production, engineering,
and training staffs to provide specialized production capabilities to meet the varying needs of efficient
tool storage manufacturing.

We are a high volume manufacturer with many integrated processes such as steel slitting, small plastic
parts manufacturing, injection plastic molding operations and multiple paint processes.

Quality

Waterloo maintains productivity while producing exceptional quality product. We have in-process
inspections and our employees are empowered to make quick decisions where quality is concerned.
Waterloo is the consistent leader in features and testing when compared to other brands, and our
prototypes are subjected to an extensive battery of fatigue and durability tests. Quality is also
measured in other ways. Waterloo believes customers should have their orders fulfilled accurately and
that they arrive at their destination damage free.
